Rear extension in Comberton

A single-storey rear extension in Comberton. We removed the existing conservatory, underpinned the house with new steelwork, built an extension, removed the back of the house and supported with steel beams to make a new opening.

Built paving and dwarf retaining wall with steps to garden. Over 80 tonnes of spoil was removed for this job including foundations and levelling the garden all taken out of the gate in wheelbarrows. The kettle was always warm though which helped.
